Real estate website design
7 core pages · custom-built, never a template
The job
A real estate site has three jobs.
Make the listings the easiest part
Search, filter, map, photos, price — on a phone, in seconds. If browsing your listings is harder than on the big portals, buyers go back to them.
Prove you know the area
Neighborhood guides, market updates and sold results show the local expertise a portal can’t — and they’re what ranks for “homes for sale in …”.
Capture the lead
Saved searches, showing requests, home-value forms — every page gives a serious buyer or seller a reason to leave their details.
The problem
Sound familiar?
Our site is a list of listings and nothing else.
The same homes buyers already saw on the portals, with none of the local knowledge that makes someone call you instead.
Leads come in and go nowhere.
A contact form with no context — which listing, what budget, buying or selling? — landing in an inbox nobody triages.
We don’t rank for our own neighborhoods.
Searches for homes in your area go to the portals and the brokerage down the road, because your site gives Google nothing local to rank.
What we build
Everything it needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Listings that feel fast
IDX/MLS feeds or your own listings, with map search, filters and photo galleries that load instantly on a phone.
Agent profiles
Each agent’s bio, specialties, areas and sold history — the page a seller reads before choosing who to call.
Lead capture that qualifies
Showing requests, saved searches and home-value forms that capture budget, timeline and intent — routed to the right agent.
Neighborhood pages that rank
Area guides with schools, prices and what it’s like to live there — local content Google rewards and buyers actually read.
Photos, video and tours
Full-screen galleries, video walk-throughs and 3D tours embedded without slowing the page down.
Market updates
A simple way to publish monthly market reports and sold results that keep past clients and search engines coming back.
The blueprint
The pages that pull their weight.
Our starting sitemap — we adjust it to how your business actually runs before anything gets designed.
Home
Property search front and centre, featured listings, and a home-value offer.
Listings
Map and list search with filters, synced from your IDX/MLS feed.
Listing detail
Gallery, details, map, tour, and a showing request on every listing.
Neighborhoods
A guide per area you serve — the pages that rank locally.
Sell with us
Your process, recent sales and a home-value request form.
Agents
Profiles with specialties, areas and sold history.
Market reports
Monthly updates that build authority and repeat visits.
Built for US brokerages
Built around the rules you sell under.
Fair Housing compliant copy
The Fair Housing Act bars discriminatory language in property ads. We write listings templates and area pages that describe homes, not who should live in them.
IDX done properly
MLS data comes with display rules — attribution, refresh times, disclaimers. We build the feed to your MLS’s requirements so your listings stay compliant.
Local search is the market
“Homes for sale in [neighborhood]” is where buyers start. Neighborhood pages, RealEstateAgent structured data and a tuned Business Profile get you seen there.
Let’s plan your brokerage’s site in one call.
Tell us your MLS, your areas and where leads come from today. We’ll show you the site that brings more of them to you.
How it works
From first call to live.
A straight conversation
You tell us how customers find you today and what a good month looks like. No brief needed, no sales deck.
The blueprint
We come back with the sitemap, the approach and a timeline — before a single pixel gets designed.
Design, words, build
Custom design, copy written for your customers, and a fast mobile-first build with SEO set up from day one.
Launch, then grow
We launch, connect Google, and stay on for updates, fixes and the SEO that keeps it climbing.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
- How much does a real estate website cost?
- It depends on the listings feed, the number of agents and neighborhood pages, and any CRM integration. We quote a fixed price after a short call, before anything starts.
- Can you add IDX / MLS listings?
- Yes. We connect an IDX feed for your MLS and build it to that MLS’s display rules, or build listings you manage yourself if you work outside an MLS.
- Can leads go straight into our CRM?
- In most cases, yes. Showing requests and home-value forms can go straight to your CRM or to the right agent’s inbox, with the listing and budget attached.
- Will the site help us rank for our neighborhoods?
- That’s what neighborhood pages are for. Each one gives Google real local content to rank for “homes for sale in …” searches, backed by structured data and your Business Profile.
- Do you also build property management software?
- Yes. If you also manage rentals, our property management platform handles tenants, leases, payments and maintenance — and connects to your website.
