Websites for boutiques

Boutique websites that sell like the shop floor.

Your shop has a feel — the curation, the lighting, the way you talk to customers. Your website should sell the same way, to people who can’t walk in today.

Boutique and retail website design

7 core pages · custom-built, never a template

The job

A boutique site has three jobs.

  • Feel like your shop

Curation is what you sell. A template store with a logo swapped in makes you look like everyone else; your site should look like you.

  • Sell when the door is closed

Evenings, Sundays, customers in other cities. A fast, simple checkout turns browsing into orders while you sleep.

  • Bring people through the door

Hours, directions, what’s new this week, reserve-and-collect — the site is a shop window for the physical store too.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Our online store looks like a template.

Same theme as a thousand others, stock photography, and none of the personality customers love about the shop.

Stock never matches.

Something sells in store and is still “available” online — then comes the refund email and the apology.

Instagram likes don’t turn into sales.

People love the posts, then have to DM to ask price, size and whether it’s still available. Most never do.

What we build

Everything it needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

A store that feels like yours

Custom design on Shopify or a custom build, with collections, lookbooks and stories — not a theme with your logo on top.

Product photos that sell

Fast, zoomable galleries and on-model shots, sized for phones where most boutique shopping happens.

Checkout that converts

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and buy-now-pay-later where it fits — in as few steps as possible.

Pickup and local delivery

Buy online, collect in store, or local delivery — with stock synced to your point-of-sale.

Found by shoppers nearby

Google Business Profile, local SEO and product listings that surface your stock when people search near you.

Sell from Instagram

Shoppable posts and a product catalogue connected to Instagram, so a like can become a sale in two taps.

The blueprint

The pages that pull their weight.

Our starting sitemap — we adjust it to how your business actually runs before anything gets designed.

  1. Home

What’s new, your best collection and the feel of the shop, above the fold.

  2. Shop

Collections and products with filters for size, colour and price.

  3. Product

Photos, sizing, stock, reviews and a fast add-to-cart.

  4. Lookbook / stories

Styled edits and the story behind what you stock.

  5. Visit the shop

    Hours, map, events and reserve-and-collect.

  6. About

Who you are and why you curate what you do.

  7. Shipping & returns

Clear policies that remove the last doubt before checkout.

Built for US boutiques

Built for shops that sell both ways.

  • Free Google product listings

Google shows products from local shops for free in Search and Shopping. A clean product feed puts your stock in front of people searching nearby.

  • Buy online, pick up in store

Pickup brings online shoppers through your door — where they often buy one more thing. Synced stock makes it reliable.

  • Accessibility

Online stores are frequent targets of ADA website claims. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA — keyboard-friendly checkout, proper contrast, labelled images.

Let’s plan your boutique’s site in one call.

Tell us what you sell and how you sell it today. We’ll show you the store that sells like your shop floor.

How it works

From first call to live.

  • A straight conversation

You tell us how customers find you today and what a good month looks like. No brief needed, no sales deck.

  • The blueprint

We come back with the sitemap, the approach and a timeline — before a single pixel gets designed.

  • Design, words, build

Custom design, copy written for your customers, and a fast mobile-first build with SEO set up from day one.

  • Launch, then grow

We launch, connect Google, and stay on for updates, fixes and the SEO that keeps it climbing.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does a boutique website cost?
It depends on the number of products, whether you need POS sync, and how custom the design is. We quote a fixed price after a short call, before anything starts.
Shopify or custom?
For most boutiques, Shopify with a custom design is the right call — it handles stock, payments and POS well. We go custom when the shop needs something Shopify can’t do cleanly.
Can online stock sync with our in-store POS?
In most cases, yes — Shopify POS and several other systems sync inventory both ways, so something sold in store disappears online. We’ll confirm for your setup.
Can customers buy directly from Instagram?
Yes. We connect your product catalogue to Instagram so posts can be tagged with products that link straight to checkout.
Can we manage the store ourselves?
Yes. Adding products, running a sale or changing a collection takes minutes, and we train your team at launch.
