The project

The TAMAM Project drives educational reform and school improvement across the Arab world — serious, credible work that its old website did nothing to reflect. Outdated and hard to navigate, it undersold the research and resources educators actually needed to find.

We rebuilt it from the ground up: custom post types to organize hundreds of publications and events, full English/Arabic support, and WCAG-compliant accessibility throughout. SEO was treated as core infrastructure, not an afterthought, targeting the terms educators and policymakers actually search for.

  • +65% traffic and +40% resource downloads within 3 months
  • Bilingual, WCAG-compliant platform
  • Self-manageable content, no developer required
