Hotel website design in Lebanon

7 core pages · custom-built, never a template

The job

A hotel site has three jobs.

  • Sell the stay

Guests book a feeling before they book a room. Big, fast photography, honest room details and the view from the balcony do the selling.

  • Win the direct booking

Guests find you on Instagram or a booking site, then check your own. Make the direct route faster and better value — a WhatsApp message or a two-minute booking.

  • Answer before they ask

Directions up the mountain, parking, generator hours, breakfast, deposits. Every answer on the page is one less message to reply to at midnight.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Bookings live in our DMs.

Instagram messages, WhatsApp chats, calls — and a paper calendar to keep them straight. One slip and two families turn up for the same room.

The booking sites take the margin.

They bring visitors, then take a commission on every stay — even from regulars and diaspora guests who would have booked with you anyway.

Guests abroad can’t tell what they’re booking.

A cousin in Montreal or a couple in Paris wants to see the room, the view and the road in before sending a deposit. A few Instagram posts don’t answer that.

What we build

Everything it needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Book online or on WhatsApp

A booking engine where you want one, or a clean request form that lands in WhatsApp with dates, guests and room already filled in.

Rooms that sell themselves

A page per room — photos, beds, view, heating or AC, what’s included — so guests abroad book with confidence.

Direct perks, clear deposits

Returning-guest and direct-booking offers where guests compare prices — and your deposit terms (card, Whish or on arrival) stated plainly.

Found on Google Maps

Hotel structured data and consistent details in three languages, so visitors searching the area find you, not just the big chains.

Photos that load on mobile data

Galleries of the view and the rooms, compressed so they open fast on a phone — including for guests in the mountains.

Three languages, properly

Arabic, English and French — written properly, with right-to-left Arabic that looks designed, not flipped.

The blueprint

The pages that pull their weight.

Our starting sitemap — we adjust it to how your business actually runs before anything gets designed.

  1. Home

The view, the season, and “Book on WhatsApp” above the fold — in three languages.

  2. Rooms

One page per room, with photos, details and rates in dollars.

  3. Book

An online booking engine or a WhatsApp request form — whichever you run.

  4. Offers & seasons

Summer, ski season and holiday packages, plus direct-booking perks.

  5. Experiences

Hikes, wineries, beaches, food — the reasons to stay another night.

  6. Getting here

Map, directions, road conditions in winter, parking and transfers.

  7. Events & weddings

Venues, capacity and an inquiry form for summer weddings and groups.

Built for Lebanon

How hospitality here actually works.

  • Two seasons, two audiences

Summer brings the diaspora and visitors; winter brings the ski crowd. Seasonal pages and offers let the site speak to whoever is booking right now.

  • The diaspora books from abroad

Many guests plan from France, Canada, the Gulf or the US. They need to see exactly what they’re booking, in their language, before they commit.

  • WhatsApp is the front desk

It’s how Lebanon reserves. A WhatsApp button with dates and guests prefilled turns a browser into a booking — no app, no account.

  • Deposits and dollars

Rates here are quoted in dollars and deposits are taken many ways. The site states your terms clearly, so every booking starts on the right foot.

Let’s plan your hotel’s site — on WhatsApp.

Send us your hotel or guesthouse name and how you take bookings today. We’ll come back with what we’d build.

How it works

From first call to live.

  • A straight conversation

You tell us how customers find you today and what a good month looks like. No brief needed, no sales deck.

  • The blueprint

We come back with the sitemap, the approach and a timeline — before a single pixel gets designed.

  • Design, words, build

Custom design, copy written for your customers, and a fast mobile-first build with SEO set up from day one.

  • Launch, then grow

We launch, connect Google, and stay on for updates, fixes and the SEO that keeps it climbing.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does a hotel or guesthouse website cost in Lebanon?
It depends on the number of rooms and languages, and whether you need a full booking engine or WhatsApp booking. We quote a fixed price after a short call, and our guide to website costs in Lebanon shows what each tier actually buys.
Can guests book through WhatsApp from the website?
Yes. Guests pick dates, room and number of people, and the site opens WhatsApp with all of it filled in. You confirm and take the deposit your usual way.
Can we take deposits online?
Yes, with the right setup — card payments through a gateway, or Whish, alongside payment on arrival. We’ll recommend what fits your volume and how your guests prefer to pay.
Can the website be in Arabic, English and French?
Yes — all three, with a one-tap switch and proper right-to-left Arabic. You update rates and availability for every language from one place.
Do we still need Booking.com and Airbnb?
Probably, for reach — they’re good at finding new guests. The site’s job is to win the direct bookings: returning guests, the diaspora, and anyone who checks your own site before booking.
Will visitors find us on Google Maps?
Your Google Business Profile does most of that work, and the website backs it up with hotel structured data and consistent details in all three languages.
