EcoVert
A Lebanese environmental NGO fighting deforestation that needed a website as practical and urgent as its work in the field.
The project
EcoVert is a Lebanese NGO taking on deforestation with hands-on, community-based work: clearing and replanting forests to prevent wildfires, bringing solar power and clean water to villages, and cutting the waste and emissions that come with both. Serious work with an urgent message — and a lot of different people it needs to reach, from donors and volunteers to experts and municipalities.
We designed and built the site around that urgency — “Our forests are dying. Lebanon can’t wait.” leads the homepage, with the numbers behind it right underneath — and around what a visitor does next. Donating, volunteering, sharing expertise and requesting EcoVert’s services in your own village each get their own clear path, while projects, reports and educational materials live in sections the team updates themselves as the work moves forward.
