Thank you for choosing Bearhouse. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Bearhouse Automatic Instagram Poster application (“Service”) operated by Bearhouse (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless bearhouse and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
